pregnancydirect Session with baby in the Stroller
The lesson lasting about 45 ~ 60mn is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. After a few minutes of general warming up, we move on to the leg toning phase. Each push of the stroller on the spot, corresponds to a specific movement of the lower limbs which will solicit a specific muscle group.
If the lesson takes place in a park, this step may be interspersed with periods of brisk walking. Elastics are frequently used for upper limb work while a floor station is provided for abdominal work; the child, depending on his age, can be removed from the stroller and placed next to his mother.
Workout with Baby Carrier or Baby Sling
The baby carrier bag is the perfect place for the baby. Close to the body and the beating of his mother's heart, the little ones find a happy memory, that of having been transported in the womb. The gymnastic sessions performed with the baby carrier bag are rhythmic and take into account the effort that mothers have to make to support the weight of the child who is supported by the back and the pelvis. The use of slings has developed recently: soft, comfortable and sometimes more ergonomic than the baby carrier, they lend themselves even more easily to this time of toning. The lesson lasts about 45 minutes and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Very young babies can be carried on the front, on the chest, while older children can be carried on the mother's back. The weight of the set constitutes the resistance with which the legs will work. At the end of the session, the abs and stretching are performed on the floor on the mattresses provided for this purpose. The baby is removed from the bag and placed on the mother's chest or abdomen: he will certainly love the contact!
