What is digital citizenship?


According to Wikipedia, a digital citizen refers to a person utilizing information technology (IT) in order to engage in society, politics and government. K. Mossberger, et al.[1] Define digital citizens as "those who use the Internet regularly and effectively".


However, When I think of digital citizenship I think of the following definition found on…. Digital citizenship is the norms of appropriate, responsible technology use.
