Physical Education

Physical education will be three times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Physical education will be a combination of exercise, activities, and lessons that will help you live a healthier life.

Day 1:

  • Set up classroom, decorate and discuss goals.

  • yoga

Day 6: 

  • free choice exercise

Day 7:

  • no lesson for the day 

Day 8: 

  • Lesson:
    • Read and watch videos: 2.2 Nutrition 
      • Introduction
      • Carbohydrates, proteins and fats
  • Health journal:
    • Answer questions for these two sections.

Day 9:

  • no lesson for the day

Day 10: 

  • free choice exercise

Day 11:  NO SCHOOL

Day: 12: NO SCHOOL

Day 13:

  • Lesson:
    • Read and watch videos: 2.2 Nutrition 
      • Water , vitamins, minerals and fiber
      • Digestive system
  • Health journal:
    • Answer questions for these two sections.

Day 14:

  • no lesson for the day

Day 15: 

  • treadmill or exercise bike

Day 16:

  • yoga

Day 17: 

  • no lesson for the day

Day 18:
