Chili Cheese Log

1 (3oz.) package cream cheese

2 cups sharp American cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Dash red pepper

¼ cup finely chopped pecans

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika 

Let cheeses soften, then combine with the next four ingredients.  Beat with mixer until light and fluffy.  Shape into a log.  Mix the chili powder and paprika together.  Roll the log in the chili powder and paprika to coat.  Wrap in wax paper.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
