This week in language arts, we will be learning how to use adverbs correctly.
- An adverb can be a word that tells more about a verb, an adjective, or another adverb.
- Some adverbs tell the manner, or how, an action takes place.
(Ex: slowly, happily)
- Some adverbs tell the time, or when, an action takes place.
- Some adverbs tell the place, or where, an action happens.
(Ex: here, there, inside)
