I thought that everybody might like to know a little bit about myself. I am Sherrie Binkowski. I am a mom to 2 wonderful children, Nicholas and Alyssa. Nicholas is in 2nd grade here at Priceville. Alyssa is 3 years old and goes to a home daycare. I am married to David Binkowski, who works at Cullman-Jefferson Gas District. We have been married for 7 years. I live in Fairview, Cullman County. We are in the process of building a house on 20 acres that we have had for about 8 years. We raise registered fainting goats. That's always fun!
I grew up in Cullman County. I graduated from Hanceville High School in 2000. I then went to Wallace State Community College and graduated in 2003. I graduated from Athens State University in 2005 with my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education: Mathematics. I immediately went to the University of Alabama to get my Master's Degree in Secondary Education: Mathematics. I graduated from there in 2007.
As far as teaching goes, this is my 5th year to teach. My first year was at Douglas Middle School in Marshall County. My second year was at Cullman Area Career Center teacher at-risk students. I then had two years at Fairview Middle School. I am now here at PJHS.
