WHAT'S NEW AT SMM?

Thanks to a lot of grant writing we have begun the SMM rock wall which is a huge hit with all grades. The rock wall encourages critical thinking, team building, and goal setting, aligning with all of the PE standards at the national and state level. The goal is to wrap the gym with a climbing wall! The wall is a write on/magnetic wall and includes safety mats. Throughout the year the students will be encouraged to solve problems in writing, math and spelling using the wall, allowing the entire body to be engaged while learning.
