About The Teacher
My name is Susan Jones and I am a first grade teacher at Daniel Pratt Elementary School. The 2008-2009 school year wil be my first year teaching. I have a Bachelor of Science degreee from Auburn University Montgomery.
I have a beautiful daughter, Annabeth, who is four years old. I also have a dog named Bob! My favorite things to do are be with children, shop, read, go to Auburn football games, and being with family and friends. I am very excited about this school year!
Mission For The Class
Our classroom goal is to become a community of learners in which children are given the opportunity to both explore and experience learning for themselves. In our classroom, students will be give the chance to converse with one another and use manipultives in order to take part in the learning experience.
