Cultures Project

Each group had to study a culture. The cultures for this year were Greek, Hispanic, African, and Asian. Each group member got to choose a portion of their culture that they wanted to study. For example, one team member would do sports, another might do food, fashion, or languages. The students were given books and computer time to research their portion. Then, each group created a poster and presented to the class. To celebrate the end of the unit, I made a dish from each culture for the kids to try.
