Background
Andrew Wyeth was born on July 12, 1917 in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. His parents had five
children altogether and he was the youngest out of them all. He went to school but was pulled out
because of his illness which wass whooping cough. After being pulled out of school he was home schooled
by his parents in all subjects including art. I'm guessing this sparked his attention for becoming an artist
considering he was a good drawler. His dad also might have encouraged him with his art skills
considering he was an artist himself for magazines, calenders, posters, and murals.
