.: Hi! Welcome to my site!

Please allow me to take a moment to introduce myself: I'm currently working on my Bachelor's Degree in History at Georgia Southern University and will be graduating in Spring of 2009. When this is completed, I will begin working on my MAT (Master's in Teaching) in the Fall of 2009 and hope to complete it in the Fall of 2010. I hope to begin teaching secondary (high school) history as soon as possible.

I began working on this web site to, not only make it a useful tool in my teaching endeavors, but to make it useful and relevant to the new "computer age generation" that I will be encountering in the class room. This website should provide information and resources to students that were previously unavailable to them in the past.

Here, students will find assignments, notes to keep them from having to write so much during my lectures, their class syllabus and schedule, instructions and help on how to write a paper, and other resources to help them succeed in my class. That, after all, IS the goal: SUCCESS! I believe it is my duty to do everything I can to help a student help him/herself and to do everything I can to make getting through my class as painless as possible.

I hope you (the student) and you (the parent) will join me and help me in my efforts to help you on your road towards success!

Please feel free to contact me for any reason at my email:
