5) Appearance: You may want to make it look like a poem by adjusting margins: Page Layout, Margin, Custom margins, set left and right margins then...we found 1.5 to 4 to be ok, but adjust them to you liking.

6) Use spellcheck -  use F7 after woord or end of project. Spellcheck also found on "Review" tab,  click the "ABC" check mark on left side of screen.

Making a Table in Word

  1. In a word document, select "Table" on top tool bar
  2. Select "Insert", enter number of rows and columns, Select "Ok."
  3. Need more rows? Press Tab key in last cell and another row appears.
  4. To merge cells: left click and drag to hi-lite, then right click, tap on "merge cells."

Here is how to save your document to the computer:

File (Located in upper right hand corner)

Save As

Select where to save (I will show you how)

Title the document

Tap on "Save"
