· Adding a row or column of numbers: Hi-lite the row or column including to the free space where you want the answer to appear by dragging the white cross browser. Click on the autosum symbol.
· You may also use a formula to sum up rows and columns using the colon sign between cells =sum(b10:d10).
Subtraction:- Subtract =a5-a10
