Delayed Start Day
Journal Entry #14 - Write about three successful experiences that you've had.
Students were given time to work on their skits and/or do a class activity. There is no makeup work today.

Journal Entry #15 - If you were unrestrained by money and commitments, what would you do in the next 12 months?
All students will perform their skits. If a group member is missing you may "borrow" someone from another group to act as a stand in.
If you are absent today, you will need to write a two-page essay on two or three of the Ask, Accept, or Decline skits that were performed by the groups in your class. The purpose of this essay is to have you think about how a person can graciously accept or decline an invitation from someone. Remember, it's about "being nice", even if you don't care to spend time with the other person. (25 points)

Journal Entry #16 - What are the three positive things that you do best?
Mods 7-8 and 11-12: Using Chapter 5 of the text, Families Today, do the study guide provided. If you were absent today, you will need to get a copy of the study guide (in the file) and the text to make up this assignment.
Mods 9-10: Complete skits.
